We keep your name and contact details to make and deliver your order, and our records for six years because the tax rules ask us to. We keep the names of your loved ones only to make their leaves, for as long as the tree stands.

Card payments go through Wix and Stripe; we never see your card. We share only what is needed with our cutter, our website hosts (Wix, Netlify) and our accountant. We never sell your details. No tracking cookies.

To see, change or remove anything, email us and we will answer within a month. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
