Everything is made by hand to order, so each piece varies a little. Names are cut into metal and cannot be undone, so please check the spelling. Once we have started making an order it cannot be cancelled.

If anything arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 30 days and we will put it right.

Prices are in pounds, with VAT added. Pay by card (through Wix and Stripe) or by invoice. Trees and other commissions are agreed in writing first, with a deposit.

English law applies. Nothing here affects your rights as a consumer.
